Seder Tefillos Nashim – Women’s Prayers, Trieste 1819. Handwritten Manuscript.
A charming, small manuscript containing various supplications for women. Handwritten in Trieste, Italy in 1819. With a striking hand-drawn title page.
Contains several prayers to be said by women while fulfilling the laws pertaining to them. As indicated on the title page, these prayers are to be said during that time, “since prayer is more beneficial when it is recited while fulfilling the commandments”. Instructions written in Italian.
[1], 9 pp. 15.5cm. 9 handwritten double-sided leaves, plus a hand-drawn title page (16 sides plus final leaf). In good condition, with light stains due to use. Bound in a new leather binding.
