Sefer Yesod: Sefer Korban Nesanel, Karlsruhe 1755. First Edition - The classic work of Korban Nesanel was written by R. Nesanel Weil, one of the great sages of his generation. In his younger years he studied under R. Avraham Braude, author of 'Eishel Avraham', and ultimately became one of his prized disciples. This first edition features a magnificent hand-drawn title page, which was then made into a printing plate upon printing this work. Seen at the top of the title page is an eagle, with the abbreviation 'Kan Tzippor', which refers to ‘Kan’ – the abbreviation of Sefer Korban Nesanel.  This is the very first Hebrew book which was published in Karlsruhe.  In very good condition. Printed on thick, high-quality paper. Bound in a modern cloth binding. Small tear to title page, repaired on verso with old paper.
