It was authored by Shmuel Zanviel Sternberg of Vinnytsia, Ukraine, and aims to serve as a clear and comprehensive commentary on Tehillim.  A variant copy. On the title page a verse appears above the title name, not found in all other copies.  In very good condition, bound in 19th century cloth and leather binding. Light foxing.
