Sefer Hashorashim - Radak, Venice 1547. Rothschild Family Copy - Sefer Hashorashim by the Radak, printed at Venice in 1547. The Rothschild Family Copy, with ownership inscriptions of Moshe Rothschild and Yonah Yeshaya Rothschild - both members of the renowned philanthropic Rothschild family.  Printed at the famed press of Marco Antonio Guistiniani, competitor of Daniel Bomberg. Title page within a magnificent architectural border, adorned with floral ornaments. Title states the work was printed in 1547, whereas the colophon states the printing wwas completed in 1548.  In good condition with occasional light stains. 8 pages in middle of book slightly shorter in size and with some worming, probably supplied from another copy.  In the style of renaissance-era lexicons, this work was printed not with numbered pages, but in numbered columns.
