Green & Yellow Chauffeured Limousine - Windup Toy - Possibly by the Fischer Toy Company. Germany - Circa 1912 - 10” Long. This is a fascinating early German car. It has many similarities to the output of the Fischer Company, but this is not a firm attribution; it might also be Gunthermann or another early German toy manufacturer. The odd-shaped trapezoidal window at the back of the car is most unusual. The overall visual appeal of this toy car, both its color and form, are truly wonderful.
