Art Nouveau Silver-Toned Openwork Brooch Featuring a Reclining Nude Female Figure - An Art Nouveau style openwork brooch cast in silver-toned white metal. The central motif depicts a stylised nude female figure in a reclining pose with long flowing hair, encased within a frame of characteristic whiplash curves and scrolling floral-like elements. The design incorporates a single small circular blue cabochon, possibly turquoise or a glass paste simulant, held in a bezel setting. The reverse of the brooch is fitted with a horizontal pin, a tube hinge, and a C-clasp with a revolving safety catch. A small rectangular indentation containing illegible marks is located on the reverse of the figure.
