Vintage Royal Automobile Club (RAC) Associate Member Radiator Badge - Produced by The Patent Die-Casting Co Ltd, this mid-20th-century Royal Automobile Club (RAC) associate member vehicle radiator badge is constructed from die-cast metal with a chrome-plated finish. The badge features a central rotating medallion. The obverse side displays a profile bust of King Edward VII, the club's patron, encircled by the embossed text THE ROYAL AUTOMOBILE CLUB. The badge is surmounted by a crown and features a winged figure at the base. The reverse side features a central medallion with a painted Union Jack flag set within a spoked wheel design. The base of the obverse includes a stamped serial number plaque reading MCB20860. The lower mounting section on the reverse is stamped with the manufacturer mark: THE PATENT DIE-CASTING CO LTD LONDON N.W.10. The badge is complete with a universal mounting bracket secured by a screw and nut. Dimensions: Approximately 15cm x 8cm.
