Vintage Wooden Manual Paper Guillotine Trimmer - A vintage manual guillotine-style paper or photograph trimmer featuring a solid wooden base and a pivoting metal cutting arm. The arm is fitted with a turned wooden handle and operates via a hinge at the upper corner. A wooden ruler strip is inset along the top edge of the board, marked with an incremental scale from 5 to 13. The wooden base is stamped with a black ink mark depicting a ship's wheel with six spokes. Text within the wheel is faded, although characters tentatively reading GERMANY are visible.
