The lot includes a large, heavy brass table lighter with a horizontal lift-arm mechanism. Also present is an oval, chrome-plated table lighter with a vertical striker. Pocket lighters within the group include an example with mother-of-pearl-style floral inlays on a cream ground, a tortoiseshell-effect celluloid lighter, and a slim metal lighter with an engraved linear pattern. A notable piece is a round, wooden-cased pocket lighter inset with a brass-tone medallion bearing the inscription REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE.
