Editions Atlas Bronze Reproduction Figurine of Anubis - A contemporary bronze reproduction figurine of the Ancient Egyptian deity Anubis, manufactured by Les Editions Atlas. The figure is depicted with the characteristic head of a jackal and a human body, standing in a traditional pose holding a staff or scepter. The figurine is cast in bronze using the lost-wax (cire perdue) technique and features a dark patinated finish. The figure stands upon an integrated square bronze plinth, which is mounted to a rectangular black display base. A gold-toned metal plaque is attached to the front of the base, inscribed with Anubis and Reproduction en bronze. The lot is accompanied by its original black fabric-lined presentation box and a numbered certificate of authenticity from Les Editions Atlas, bearing the identification number NA 3027.
