The group features a scissor-style cutter crafted from polished silver-toned metal, incorporating traditional circular finger loops and a single-blade cutting head. Included is a lever-action cutter and piercer with a brass-toned metal mechanism and a brown leather-wrapped handle, finished with polished yellow-coloured ends, likely made of celluloid. A folding pocket V-cutter is present, featuring cream-coloured handle scales, possibly bone or celluloid, with a metal shield inlay, a metal bolster, and dual curved steel blades. The collection also contains a lever-action cutter constructed from silver-toned metal with handle scales displaying a mottled grey and blue pattern, possibly natural horn or a synthetic substitute. There are no clearly legible maker's marks or tang stamps on any of the pieces, though an illegible shield-shaped emblem is impressed into the leather handle of one item.
