A pair of decorative cast metal items including a mantel clock and matching picture frame - This lot consists of two decorative cast metal items with a dark patinated finish, comprising a mantel clock and a matching picture frame. The clock features a relief-moulded case in a revivalist style with foliate scrolls and decorative side panels. The circular white dial displays black Roman numerals, black spade-style hour and minute hands, and a red sweep seconds hand. The reverse shows the clock is fitted with a modern quartz battery-operated movement marked Prestige and MADE IN INDIA. The matching picture frame has an ornate openwork border with scrolling acanthus leaves and shell motifs surrounding a central rectangular aperture. A hanging cord is attached to the reverse of the frame. Clock width: 15cm Frame width: 19cm.
