A Collection of Victorian and Later Brass-Mounted Wooden Ware and Decorative Objects - An assortment of decorative items featuring brass and steel components alongside turned and carved woodwork. The lot includes a dome-top tea caddy finished in burr wood veneer, likely walnut or amboyna, featuring decorative pierced brass strapwork and a central escutcheon. The interior is fabric-lined and contains two matching lidded compartments. A tiered burr wood desk stand with a lower pen rest groove is also present. The collection features two coopered wooden tankards with brass bands and cast brass handles. A globular jar is constructed of wood with vertical brass strips and a circular brass lid fitted with a ring pull handle.
