The assortment includes various shapes, sizes, and finishes such as gold-tone and silver-tone metal, chrome, brass, and plastic, with several pieces featuring decorative wraps in leather, tartan, and patterned celluloid. Notable decorative motifs include a Welsh dragon emblem, an Ace of Spades playing card design, relief-moulded scrollwork, and a pictorial landscape scene. Some lighters bear partially legible text, including one marked with Super Gas and another with an unidentified crest on a blue and gold band.
