A Pair of Vintage Hurricane Lanterns including a German Feuerhand No. 75 and a Chinese Model - A pair of vintage hurricane lanterns. The first lantern is finished in distressed blue paint. The base is embossed with three Chinese characters and the text MADE IN CHINA. It features a clear glass globe protected by a wire cage and a side-mounted carrying handle. The second lantern is a Feuerhand brand model, produced in Western Germany. The top chimney cap is embossed with the FEUER-HAND brand name. The base displays the text WESTERN GERMANY and the number 75. The fuel filler cap also bears circular embossed markings. This lantern has a heavily weathered metal surface with a pronounced rust patina. Both lanterns include glass globes and wire protective cages. Height: Approximately 24cm - 26cm (excluding top handles).
