A Pair of Hungarian Lithographed Tinplate Wind-up Toys including a Lemezarugyar Roli Zoli Clown - This lot comprises a pair of vintage lithographed tinplate wind-up toys of Hungarian origin. The first is a Roli Zoli clown on a scooter, manufactured by Lemezarugyar in Budapest. The figure is depicted in a blue and white polka-dot costume with a conical hat and white ruff, standing on a red three-wheeled scooter. The side of the clown's foot features the printed mark Lemezarugyar Budapest. It is powered by a clockwork mechanism and is accompanied by a separate brass-toned winding key. The second toy is a walking duck, decorated in bright shades of blue, pink, and yellow with patterned wings. It features an integral winding key on its side and a mechanism designed to provide a walking motion on two flat metal feet.
