The model features a red painted die-cast metal chassis and hood, with a tan plastic cab and a black plastic interior including a seat and steering wheel. It is equipped with textured rubber tyres on red die-cast wheels. The front axle is steerable and the wheels are free-rolling. The sides of the hood feature black and white decals with 1086 INTERNATIONAL branding. International Harvester IH logos are present on the front grille and the rear pillars of the cab.
