A Collection of Vintage Brass and Metalware Decorative Items - This lot comprises an assortment of brass and metalware objects of various decorative and functional types. Included is a tall, slender-necked ewer with a handle, an ornate reticulated bowl containing a galloping horse figurine, and a small oil lamp with a wick holder. The collection also features two large decorative skeleton keys, a circular hinged metal box with a front latch, and a heart-shaped lidded box. Scientific interest is represented by two brass instruments, including a circular compass with an internal mirror and a secondary brass surveying-style instrument. Additional items include a large brass walnut-shaped container, a small spherical fruit-shaped ornament, and a set of serving utensils with dark wood handles. Most pieces are constructed from cast or pressed brass and copper. No maker's marks or inscriptions are clearly visible from visual inspection.
