The group includes a Victorian-style leather-clad jewellery box with ornate metal hardware and a tufted two-tone satin-lined interior; a square wooden box with intricate geometric parquetry and an architectural base featuring Moorish-style arches in the style of the Alhambra Palace, opening to a red-lined interior; a long rectangular black-lacquered box with a lid decorated with a scene of cherubs in a landscape, in the style of Willan F; a Middle Eastern khatam marquetry box with fine geometric bone and wood inlay and a partitioned red velvet interior; and a miniature wooden cabinet box with painted and inlaid elephant motifs, opening to reveal multiple small drawers.
