An Assortment of Four Military and Youth Organisation Belts Including East German NVA Officer's Parade Example - An assortment of four belts comprising military, youth organisation, and decorative examples. Included is an East German (DDR) Nationale Volksarmee (NVA) officer's ceremonial parade dress belt, known as a Feldbinde. The belt is constructed from a grey fabric base featuring two woven silver-grey brocade stripes. It is fitted with a circular, silver-toned metal buckle depicting the national emblem of the German Democratic Republic, which displays a central hammer and compasses encircled by a wreath of grain. The collection also includes a vintage Boys' Brigade uniform belt, made of dark brown leather with a two-part interlocking brass buckle embossed with the text THE BOYS' BRIGADE. There is an olive drab military web utility belt, designed with three rows of metal eyelets and two metal sliding keepers. The final item is a brown leather belt with stamped geometric tooling and a white-metal buckle in the form of a soaring eagle with outstretched wings. A wooden ruler is visible in the background showing centimetre markings between 19 and 23.
