A Trio of Vintage Fishing Reels including an Intrepid 1050 and a Gold-Finished Spinning Reel - A collection of three vintage fishing reels of various designs. The first is an Intrepid 1050 spinning reel with a silver-finished metal body and black rotor, marked Made in England. It features a coil spring loaded drag adjustment knob on the face of the spool. The second is a gold-toned spinning reel attributed to the Daiwa Gold Series, with spool markings indicating a gear ratio of 3.6:1 and a line capacity of 200 yards of 10 lb test. The third is a large-format black centrepin-style reel featuring a ventilated spool and dual winding handles. All reels are constructed from a combination of metal and polymer components and are currently fitted with monofilament fishing line. Total span of items: approximately 60 cm.
