A Pair of Coalport Porcelain Figurines, Teresa and Operetta - A pair of porcelain figurines manufactured by Coalport in England. The first figurine, titled Teresa from the Ladies of Fashion series, is crafted from glazed bone china. The figure is depicted in a voluminous yellow Victorian-style gown with puffed sleeves and holds a matching sunhat with a ribbon. The base features a blue circular backstamp with the series title, the name Teresa, and the inscription Modelled and Decorated by hand. A small hand-painted mark 11/84 is also visible on the underside. The second figurine, titled Operetta, is from The Age of Elegance series and features a matte bisque porcelain finish. The figure is dressed in a tiered peach and cream dress with a braid resting over one shoulder. The underside displays a black circular backstamp for The Age of Elegance Operetta, including the Coalport factory mark and a copyright date of 1990. A modern inventory barcode sticker is attached to the base of the Operetta figurine. Operetta height: approximately 23 cm. Teresa base width: approximately 14 cm.
