MG Car Club 70th Anniversary Commemorative Grille Badge by Gaunt Birmingham - A commemorative vehicle grille badge produced for the MG Car Club 70th anniversary, marking the period from 1930 to 2000. The shield-shaped badge is manufactured from chrome-plated metal featuring hard enamel decoration in cream and maroon. The design incorporates a central octagonal MG logo flanked by diagonal bands inscribed 1930 and 2000. The top edge is marked 70 YEARS and the lower border is inscribed CAR CLUB. The reverse side features an embossed oval maker mark for Gaunt Birmingham. The badge is supplied with its original mounting hardware, consisting of two brass threaded bolts, washers, and nuts, housed in a small plastic bag.
