A Silver Plated Presentation Casket, Sheffield 1946 - A silver Plated presentation casket of rectangular form with clipped corners. The piece features a hinged lid and stands on four scrolled feet. The front face is engraved with the following inscription: PRESENTED TO MRS R. J. FINCH, BY THE MEMBERS & OFFICIALS OF THE AUDENSHAW LABOUR CLUB FOR SERVICES RENDERED 1938 - 1944. It also bears the manufacturer pattern number 12936. The interior features an aged gold-wash gilt finish. Length: 16.5 cm Height: 10 cm Width: 10 cm.
