The pen features a rounded, tapered profile and is constructed from a high-grade black resin. The 14ct gold nib is of the open variety and features a circular breather hole. The nib is stamped with the characters PARKER arranged in an arc above the arrow logo, followed by 14K and ENGLAND, with the number 8 positioned to the right of the breather hole. The cap is secured by a threaded section and features a single gold band at the base. The barrel unscrews to reveal the internal filling mechanism, which is integral to the section.
