A Trio of Glass Victorian Double Ended Feeding Bottles - A trio of antique Glass feeding bottles comprising two Marigold examples and one Shop Hects example. Each bottle is constructed from clear glass with a moulded double-ended boat-shaped form, featuring a rounded central reservoir that tapers to a neck at each extremity. Two bottles are embossed in a cursive script with the name Marigold above the characters S. B. and the words FEEDING BOTTLE. The third bottle bears the embossed characters SHOP HECTS positioned above the word FEEDER. These hygiene bottles were designed for easier cleaning than earlier single-necked versions and represent late 19th or early 20th-century nursery glass. Length: 19 cm.
