The pistol is finished in a bright red colour with a mechanical spring-action trigger mechanism designed to propel potato pellets. The left side of the grip features a moulded circular emblem containing the characters Crime Fighter, with the characters DEFENDER in a rectangular border above the trigger guard and CHINA moulded in small characters nearby. The square cardboard box is printed with red, black, and white graphics, featuring the characters POTATO ZAPPER, Genuine Classic, and Lagoon Brand in a script font.
