The rectangular cabinet is constructed from dark-stained wood with a hinged lid opening to reveal a single storage compartment. The front of the cabinet houses a viewing window revealing a miniature theatre-style stage with a three-panel mirrored interior. A central ballerina figurine, crafted from painted plastic with fixed eyes and painted hair, rotates upon a metal spindle. The figurine is dressed in a white fabric tutu decorated with a gold polka-dot pattern. Three turned wood knobs are positioned on the lower front panel for decoration.
