A Gold Bohemian Garnet Tiered Cluster Ring - A Gold cocktail ring featuring a large central oval-cut garnet of a deep, saturated brownish-red hue. The central gemstone is secured by four pairs of double-claws within a high-profile, tiered setting. It is surrounded by two concentric rows comprising approximately thirty-six round-cut garnets of a similar saturated red colour. The head is constructed with a multi-tiered, raised prong setting and an intricate open-work gallery underneath. The cluster is mounted to a plain, tapered gold shank. The interior of the shank is stamped with a series of small, incised rectangular marks consistent with a standard UK hallmark format, however the characters are not legible as a specific name or date.
