Two Turned Wood Tiered Earring Stands - Two wood earring stands / Hat Pin stands of turned construction, finished in a light natural tone. The taller stand comprises three graduated circular tiers supported by a central tapering stem with incised concentric detailing. The uppermost tier is decorated with a hand-painted floral motif depicting a spray of pink roses and green leaves. The second stand features a single circular tier on a similar turned stem. Both stands are designed with a series of small, evenly spaced holes drilled around the perimeter of each platform to facilitate the hanging of jewellery. The stands are each finished with a decorative bulbous finial at the apex and rest upon stepped, circular bases. No maker's marks, labels, or inscriptions are present on either piece.
