Signed Marc Chagall 1966 ”Carmen” Metropolitan Opera Poster, Framed - Inscribed: Pour Robert Herman / Marc Chagall.  Herman was the Assistant General Manager of the Metropolitan Opera when the new Lincoln Center venue opened in Sept. 1966.   In lower right: Printed in France by Mourlot, Paris. Condition notes: white splotches at the bottom edge, seen in photo. Professionally framed.  Exceptional find.  Posters can be found but not autographed by Chagall.
