POLISHED ORTHOCERAS BOOKENDS - A pair of polished fossilized Orthoceras bookends with wonderful detail and in very good overall condition. Each piece measures 6.75'' H x 4'' W x 3'' D. Orthoceras is a genus of extinct nautiloid cephalopod restricted to Middle Ordovician-aged marine limestones of the Baltic States and Sweden. This genus is sometimes called Orthoceratites.
