WEISS & FLORENZA BROOCHES - A pair of vintage brooches by designers, Weiss & Florenza. Both with maker mark as shown in photos and in good condition. Rudolph Weiss was founded in 1949 in Kaufbeuren and sold in 1985 to Wilhelm Kamp. Albert Weiss began his jewellery design career with Coro in the 1930s. He mastered his craft and then started his own company “Albert Weiss” based in New York in 1942. ”Florenza” refers to a vintage jewelry company known for its cast metal jewelry with intricate designs, antiqued plating, and beautiful stones, founded by Dan Kasoff and later continued by his son Larry Kasoff.
