DIMITRI OMERSA FOR ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH LEATHER DONKEY OTTOMAN - A beautiful example of an antique leather donkey ottoman by designer Dimitri Omersa for Abercrombie & Fitch. Minor wear and patina present as shown in photos. The tail is currently ”sitting in” and could be stitched back to be permanent. This piece measures 18'' H x 26'' W x 9.5'' D. Dimitri Omersa was a Yugoslavian-born British leather sculptor and designer who created a range of animal-shaped leather products, including the iconic Omersa leather pig footstool. Omersa began his career as a craftsman in the 1950s, working for Liberty of London and later for Abercrombie & Fitch.
