HAIG & HAIG STERLING SILVER DIMPLE GLASS DECANTER - This lot features a stunning dimple glass decanter with a sterling silver overlay, manufactured by Haig & Haig out of Scotland. Marked, ”Alpaca” underneath as shown in photos with maker marks. This piece measures, 8.5'' H x 5.5'' W x 5.5'' D. The Haig whisky family's history spans over 350 years, with the first known instance of a Haig distiller recorded in 1655. John Haig, nephew of Margaret Stein, founded Cameronbridge Distillery in 1824, where modern Haig whiskies like Haig Gold, Dimple, Pinch, and Club are still produced. John Haig also pioneered the use of column stills for grain whisky production.
