David “Lebo” Le Batard was a Cuban-American artist known for his Postmodern Cartoon Expressionism style, which blended cartoon imagery, bold colors, and thick black lines. He passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 50 after battling an illness. Lebo was born in New York and raised in South Florida, where he developed his unique artistic voice. He was also the younger brother of sports journalist Dan Le Batard. Appraised for $2,450 in 2021.
