Antique Chinese Monochrome Red Vase / Lamp - Large antique Chinese porcelain vase later converted into a table lamp. The baluster-form body is covered in a deep oxblood-red monochrome glaze with subtle tonal variation and fine surface crackling. Mounted with an ornate bronze-tone metal base decorated with archaistic geometric motifs and fitted with a pull-chain socket and harp assembly. Originally made as a vase and later electrified. Shows age wear to the porcelain and metal fittings; wiring and electrical components have not been tested. Vase Measures 15.5” tall, Overall lamp Measures 25” tall
