Weiß glasierte Fayence mit farbiger Bemalung; Zinnmontierung, auf dem Deckel Monogrammgravur mit Dat. ”1817”, Muscheldrücker. H. 31 cm. Keramik Deutschland Narrow-necked jug Hanau, 1st half of the 18th century Above a flared foot, a bulbous body with a long neck and a pointed handle decorated with a meander pattern; on a blue sponged background, three reserves, centrally a male figure in a landscape, on either side a bird sitting in a tree. White glazed faience with coloured painting; pewter mountings, monogram engraving with date '1817' on the lid, shell handle. Height 31 cm.
