Merkur, Argus und Io sowie Diana und Kallisto; in einer felsigen Landschaft spielt Merkur Argus auf der Flöte vor, um ihn einzuschläfern und somit Io, die in eine weiße Kuh verwandelt wurde, zu befreien; und: in einer idyllischen Landschaft mit Wasserfall und See verführt Zeus in Gestalt der Jagdgöttin Diana deren Nymphe Kallisto, Amor hält inzwischen die Jagdhunde an der Leine.
