In Andacht vor einem Steinblock mit Kruzifix und Totenschädel kniend, am Boden mehrere Bücher, links in der Ecke Kohlköpfe und Rüben, nach oben nur ein schmaler Ausblick aus der Höhle in den Himmel. Öl/Holz, parkettiert. Reste eines Monogramms auf dem Buchrücken. 50 x 39 cm. Kneeling in prayer before a stone block with a crucifix and skull, several books on the floor, cabbages and turnips in the left corner, only a narrow view of the sky above the cave.
