Schauseitig der schlafende Prophet in Landschaft mit Engel in Blattrankenrahmung (”Kordenbusch-Reserve”), seitlich große Blüten und Blätter. Fayence mit kobaltblauer Bemalung auf kleisterblauem Fond; Zinnmontierung, Deckel mit Medaillon. Am Boden undeutliche Kordenbuschmarke. H.19 cm. - Zur Blattranke vgl. S. Small Cylindrical Tankard with the Sleeping Elijah Nuremberg, 18th century The front decorated with the sleeping Prophet Elijah in a landscape attended by an angel, framed by foliate scrolls (Kordenbusch reserve); the sides with large flowers and leaves. Faience painted in cobalt blue on a powdered blue (kleisterblau) ground; pewter mounts, the cover with a medallion. Indistinct Kordenbusch mark on the underside.
