In a frame with cymatium frieze and bead-and-reel as sight-edge with gold-coloured metal leaf application over red bole. Support relined, probably reduced in format. Paint layer with a clear scratch mark lower left. Pinpoint, colour-incorrect retouches as well as pinpoint white soiling. Rebate area bumped and rubbed. Age-related craquelure.
