Franz Scheyerer - Franz Scheyerer (attributed), Landscape with Waterfall. Probably 1820s.. Franz Scheyerer First mentioned 1762 Prague – 1839 Vienna Oil on canvas. Unsigned. Framed in an ocher-colored and partially silver-plated cove molding. Canvas in the upper area with slight deformation. Former tear in the canvas with a fabric lining at the lower center edge. Paint layer with slight climate edge, partly larger, partially slightly color-deviating retouches, especially in the sky and at the lower edge. Frame significantly rubbed, bumped, and with inactive anobiid infestation. Same on the left stretcher bar verso. Dimensions: 62.5 x 54 cm, frame 90 x 77.5 cm. From 1811 veduta painter and frequent participant in the annual exhibitions of the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts.
