Illegibly signed ”Frisch” lower right. Verso, a sketch for the same scene. Support edge-lined, lining strips covered with old canvas. The original stretching edges top and right folded over, the painting supplemented there. Paint layer in the area of the signature overpainted, entire edge area retouched, small retouches on Christ's head. Stretcher frame supplemented and rebuilt. Dimensions: 105.5 x 82.5 cm. Frisch 19th/20th century.
