Hänel 30” lower right. Framed in a visible-wood Neo-Renaissance frame with surrounding leaf ornamentation. Provenance: Saxon private collection; formerly Arthur Pekrun collection, furnishing of Villa Grenzstraße 33 in Coswig, residential building of the gear factory Coswig-Kötitz. Nailing of the support partially supplemented at the upper corner. Frame with white paint streak lower right. Dimensions: 150 x 110 cm, frame 155.5 x 120.5 cm. Winner of the gold medal at the International Art Exhibition Munich 1913. Participation in the First World War. Study trips to Mecklenburg, Bavaria, Switzerland and Austria.
