Framed in a white wooden strip. Not in WVZ Guratzsch / Guth. The work has not been unframed. Paper slightly browned, with visible mounting marks. Frame minimally bumped. Dimensions: 102 x 73 cm, frame 126.5 x 97 cm. Hartwig Ebersbach 1940 Zwickau – lives in Leipzig 1959–64 studied at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig with Bernhard Heisig. 1964–79 worked as a freelance trade fair and exhibition designer. 1973 first solo exhibition, together with his brother Wolfram Ebersbach. 1978 began collaboration with composer Friedrich Schenker. 1979 travelled to Western Europe for the Art Basel fair. 1979–83 taught experimental art at the Leipzig Academy. 1981–83 member of the artist group ”37.2”. 1982 exhibition at the Lindenau-Museum Altenburg. 1988–89 travels and exhibitions in the USA and Japan. 1992 study visit to South Africa. Founding member of the Free Academy of Arts in Leipzig. Since 1997 travels to China, Australia and South Tyrol.
