Ancient Chinese Neolithic Pottery Cup
Hand thrown and painted Chinese neolithic pottery cup. Repeating black bands from foot to rim, with zig zag design and two red bands to body and neck. Slender handles applied to a narrow neck, planer stable base. Size 6 3/4" W x 4 1/2" H
Collected prior to 2008, ex-Lacy Gallery (Vanna & Lee Lacy collection), Los Angeles CA. Lacy Gallery was founded upon six decades of collecting ethnographic and fine art. Lee Lacy was a distinguished Hollywood producer of iconic TV series and commercials.
Condition: As-is condition with no obvious signs of damage or repair, manganese has tested for authenticity.
