Blood Dyed "Tiger Tooth" Khanjar Dagger w/Sheath
Scarce Indian blood dyed "Tiger Tooth" form khanjar dagger with scabbard, late-19th century. The blade with a J-Shaped traditional form, double-edged and with a dual shallow fuller as well as floral motif chiseled to the ricasso. Handle in heavy construction. Grips bone or antler blood-dyed with an oval inset bone white section to the face. Scabbard in leather over wood with two sections of pierced and chiseled steel. Likely a wootz blade. Size 13" L, blade 8 1/4" L
