Fine Pellet Bow, Circa 1800-1830
Fine probably English pellet or stone bow, circa 1800-1830. Walnut wood stock with rifle butt. Engraved iron mounts with light scrolling. Unique built-in cocking mechanism incorporated into the top of the bow. Absent string. Twin folding guards to the front of the bow. Fine antique bird shooting bow with rare self contained cocking mechanism. Size 31" L x 31" W
