British Spontoon hilted Spanish sword. Etched "Por my ley y por my rey" to the straight double edged blade. Well composed as a trophy weapon, early Spanish blades of exceptional quality were expertly composed with the superior British Hilt as salvages of war. Size 41 7/8" L, blade 36 5/8" L
